The amount of stress in a person’s life depends not on what a person is like by birth, but on the structure of the society they were born into.

So the cause of pain is not you, it is the structure of society.

But most often, when people face pain, they look for mistakes in themselves. This is similar to trying to become fireproof instead of putting out the flames at the first chance.
How did it happen that people easily name fire as the cause of a burn, but when it comes to stress, “failures,” and pain, the cause suddenly becomes the person, not the environment – the structure of society that is not suitable for life without pain?

In other words, if you had been born at the start of society, then:
- your current suffering would not exist at all;
- you would not have the chance to experience so much stress in life.
“it hurts, how can I become better?”
“it hurts, so fire is not suitable for me”
