The goal of the project is to iteratively build an algorithm of perception using only my own logic. And also to try to make the project as useful and convenient for others as possible.

That is:

1. Any element of the project is an iteration, not a final form.

2. All publications are personal opinion.

3. My thoughts may overlap with what has already been said.

4. It can be read in any order.

If I use arguments I’ve already described, there will be a link to them.

5. I try to present my conclusions in the format: maximum meaning with minimum text.

Videos and images will be added later.

ALGORITHM

Section content:
1. GIVEN
I explain what I see as the cause of pain and decompose it / clearing perception from destructive categories.
2. SOLUTION
I describe the logic of the strategy I use to solve my questions-problems:
- what to do and why;
- interpretation of behavior patterns and other results;
- etc.
3. RESULT
I show how I adjust my state – the algorithm for working with stress.

A number means a text.
A dot means a conclusion. For convenience, dots also have links.

TIMELINE
All changes made will be listed there.

If you:
- find something illogical;
- want me to expand on a certain conclusion;
- notice technical bugs;
I’ll be very glad to receive your message.

Conditions:
1. I don’t reply to comments where a person presents personal opinion as truth:
- an argument based on “authorities” and social norms: “this man said so” / “this is not how things are done,” etc.;
- using one’s own experience as the only possible one for everyone: “the world works differently” / “if I don’t have apathy, it means others are just lazy,” etc.;
- simply an evaluation: “nonsense” / “this is selfish,” etc.
2. I don’t accept recommendations for reading, lectures to watch, etc.
