The amount of stress in a person’s life depends not on what a person is like by birth, but on the structure of the society they were born into.
stress at the start of society
stress now
So the cause of pain is not you, it is the structure of society.

But most often, when people face pain, they look for mistakes in themselves. This is similar to trying to become fireproof instead of putting out the flames at the first chance.
How did it happen that people easily name fire as the cause of a burn, but when it comes to stress, “failures,” and pain, the cause suddenly becomes the person, not the environment – the structure of society that is not suitable for life without pain?

In other words, if you had been born at the start of society, then:
- your current suffering would not exist at all;
- you would not have the chance to experience so much stress in life.
“it hurts, how can I become better?”
“it hurts, so fire is not suitable for me”

When a person considers something the truth / facts / objective, etc., their attention is focused on what is known. But they don’t realize that there are also things society doesn’t know.

We don’t have access to data about all processes in the world that happened in the past, happen now, and will happen in the future. This is why no statement can have the status of truth.

Therefore, all information in society is an archive of personal opinions formed from lived subjective experience:
Even a person cannot guarantee that something is the truth for them. Because tomorrow they will know more about themselves and the world than they do today. So any thought you have is always only a guess.

Everyone sees the world in their own way + no one knows the truth.

Does the structure of society take this into account? No.

As soon as a child is born, people try to impose a single view of the world on them, based on what is now considered “truth.” While any statement is only someone else’s opinion.
As a result of this experience, a person cannot understand themselves as accurately as possible. So they make choices to improve their life, but some of them instead cause pain to themselves and others.
