Food, films, roads, medicine, and other technologies are all created by people. And that means the quality of your life directly depends on how well other people feel:

- if a person is in their best state, they are maximally productive;
- if their boundaries are violated, they will be forced to spend their time and energy on stress and its consequences rather than investing them in the structure of society.

So, by violating others’ boundaries, people condemn ourselves and each other to a worse future.

Pain is the gap between expectations and what actually happens.

That is why, the less pain a person had in the past, the more their speech includes phrases like:

- the economy works like this;
- I know myself completely;
- if this is taught, it must be important;
- I’m sure that is how it will be.

Conversely, the more painful a person’s past was, the less they tend to categorize themselves and the world. Because not wanting to experience pain again makes them consider more and more risks.
