Whatever the situation is:
- someone’s behavior made you feel uncomfortable;
- you start liking someone;
- etc.

The sooner you talk about what is bothering you, the less of your state gets drained by unnecessary worry.

Besides, it is a great test: if a person does not take your feelings into account, it immediately shows that there is no point in continuing the interaction.

If you deal with the issue in the moment or at the first opportunity, it won’t keep irritating you in the future:

- someone or something is stressing you out, and you don’t plan to interact with them / it in the future – create distance as soon as you notice the stress.;
- harm from interacting with someone you want to keep seeing or may still see again – say what is unacceptable to you;
- because a high level of stress made you more sensitive to things that normally would not bother you – so in future choices, try to take the risk of stress into account more carefully.

All the +scenarios a person replays in their mind (memories, alternative versions of the past or future, etc.) reflect the kinds of impressions they are currently lacking.

The analogy here is: I want something sweet → I think about chocolate.

Any scenario that makes a person feel worse (including ones that provide cheap pleasant feelings) is self-sabotage.

*A second chance a second time is when a person did something you had asked them not to do.

Ask AI how many people in the world would match your ideal description of a friend, girlfriend / boyfriend, employee in your company, etc.

In some cases, even the minimum time for each person could be longer than a human life.

If experience has already shown that communicating with the person you want to give another chance is costly for your state, then why don’t the people who are ideally suited to you even get the chance to meet you?

Even if it turns out that no one fits, a solitary life built around what suits you is far more pleasant than destructive communication.
